CARES NextGen introduces enhanced security through required multi-factor authentication (MFA) using 
the Google Authenticator app, including a 6-digit verification code at each login. Users will access the 
platform with a single username and can seamlessly select and emulate the roles available to them (e.g., 
Agency User, Hospital User, State User) for a more flexible and streamlined experience.
